Aunt Georgiana's Gazpacho AspicThis is a featured page

(I believe I first had this at Aunt Georgiana's house in Chinle, Arizona.)

1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/3 c beef broth
1 1/2 c V8 juice
2 t lemon juice
1 t worcestershire sauce
several dashes tabasco
1/2 c chopped tomato
1/3 c chopped green pepper
1/3 c chopped cucumber

Combine gelatin and beef broth in small saucepan. Heat. Remove from heat and add juices and vegetables. Pour into 3 c mold and chill until set.
