Guacamole
4 Fresh Avocados
1/4 Cup of chopped onion
1 finely chopped jalapeno
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Juice of 2 fresh limes
1-2 T fresh chopped cilantro
10 shakes of Louisiana hot sauce
Smash together with a potato masher in a bowl or on a cutting board.
