Hominy CasseroleThis is a featured page

To 2 or 3 cans drained hominy add 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles, 1 and 1/2 tsp chopped onion, and 1 c grated cheese. Stir in one 8 oz. carton sour cream. Put into a well-buttered (or sprayed) casserole. Sprinkle more grated cheese on top, along with 1/2 c breadcrumbs; dot with oleo. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.

(Mother said Aunt Eleanor suggested adding some chopped ham - if you want to. I haven't tried that.)

Willie Belle Grantham of Ryan, OK. brought this dish to us when my dad died in March, 1977. It's good.
