Marian's spinach salad
Dressing: mix this up ahead of time, but put on salad just before serving…
½ cup oil
¼ cup vinegar
¾ cup sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. minced onion
Salad: Gently mix in a very large bowl or pan….
Two or three bunches fresh baby spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 can baby corn (drained)
several peeled and sliced kiwis
1 can Mandarin orange sections (drained)
some diced onion
some Chinese noodles …
....also can add drained bean sprouts…whatever….
Or use this dressing on a regular spinach salad combination of spinach, boiled eggs, fried and crumbled bacon, and sliced red onion…
