1 large pkg fresh spinach
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bean sprouts, chopped
3 or 4 boiled eggs, chopped
6 slices crispy, crumbled bacon
3 green onions, sliced

Combine above ingredients and dress with the following:

Mix the following in a blender and chill before using:
1 c oil
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 onion, grated
