Omaima's Spinach Casserole
2 pkd frozen spinach
1 c sour cream
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 C shredded cheese
1 C bread crumbs
3 t oleo
Parmesan cheese for toppping
Mix spinach, sour cream, soup mix and cheese in large bowl. Place in large baking dish. Sprinkle breakcrumbs, oleo and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
